It's that time again... time to set a new goal for my next 90 day Body by Vi challenge! Training for Wicked Wind 100

With the Bike Across Kansas route published this year I've decided it's just not something I'm going to be able to do. :( However, I have taken a look at the FreeWheel route in Oklahoma and I am definitely thinking about participating in at least 3 days of that.
